You must also have a valid driving license. We also charge an extra amount of 100-200 pounds, depending upon the size of vehicle you wish to hire. All the prices which are quoted to you, will be inclusive of VAT, insurance and all other charges so that there won’t be any surprises. Our vehicles will also be delivered to you with a full fuel tank for added convenience and if you refill the tank before returning it, then we also won’t charge you anything under fuel charges. We also provide off hours pick up and drop off services along with consumer parking.

Standard age limits are 25-80 years old and drivers must possess a full category British driving licence for the type of vehicle rented.

Drivers are required to have held a full, clean driving licence for a minimum of 12 months and have a clear insurance record. Certain endorsed licences may be accepted, please contact branch for details. Overseas visitors must produce a valid domestic driving licence accompanied by a passport.

The minimum rental period for our vans is 1 day (24hrs) - subject to availability a 4 hour hire is possible.

For advance bookings payment in full is required. For cancellations, 1 day's payment will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. Most major credit / debit cards are accepted. Please note we do not accept AMEX or DINERS card payments.

Subject to availability rentals may be extended by contacting the rental office and arranging an extension during time of original rental, failure to do so will result in the vehicle being uninsured.

Do not leave the site of an accident and get in touch with the police. If no one was hurt and the vehicle received only minor damage, drivers should move their cars to the side of the road to keep them from causing traffic congestion. In any other case, it is not recommended for you to move the vehicle. Once you have recieved the police report, please complete the Motor Accident Notification Form and return it to our office.
